Bistro de Yoshimoto
I was born in 1961 at Osaka Japan, and was educated in Osaka.
When I was twenty, I began an apprenticeship at the luxury Hotel in Osaka at the ANA HOTEL OSAKA Sheraton, while also working for Paul Bocuse, Gerard Besson during the apprenticeship.
After this apprenticeship in 2000,I began work as the head chef at LA CLOCHE CHEF’S ROOM restaurant in Osaka.
I have come full circle to become owner and executive chef of Bistro de Yoshimoto.
We are a small neighborhood restaurant located at Osaka Station ,along the Hankyu railway in Osaka. Bistro de Yoshimoto blends classic and modern french cuisine with a welcoming, unpretentious atmosphere and friendly service.
The Bistro is a casual place for everyone. The main objective is to make you feel at home!
